This Christmas, we offer you a magical night, filled with fairy lights, candles, a warming fire, music, wineand excellent food. Arriving on board at 7pm you willmeet the crew who willprovide the very best service and comfort throughout the evening. They start by serving a delicious glass of sparkling wine and canapés.
The dinner….
The table is set in the beautiful salon, decorated with crackers, candles and crisp white linen. All of your food is cooked on the premise using the very best and freshest ingredients.

Garlic Mushrooms – garlic andparsley sauce finished with cream and served with wholemeal toast
Buttery Carrot and Coriander Soup - finished with double cream

The main event
Large, part boned Chicken Breastwithmushrooms, bacon, brandy and white wine, finished with thick cream and fresh parsley, and served with a selection of freshvegetables.
Deep,short crustpastry Quiche filled withgoats cheese, red roasted peppers, extra mature cheddar, free range eggs, and cream, served with a selection of fresh vegetables.
Salmon marinated in soya sauce, honey, garlic, spring onion and ginger, chargrilled and served with a zingy fresh Asian thread noodle salad

Puff pastry stacked high with Fresh Strawberries and crème fraiche, finished with real chocolate sauce.
A perfect individual Christmas pudding, served with extra thick double cream.
Traditional all butter Apple and Sultana Crumble, served with ice cream.
